Preorder Policy
1. All Preorder items must be paid in full by the buyer prior to the seller ordering the item.
2. All charges & fees are non-refundable unless a) items arrive to the seller damaged/broken or b) the seller is unable to fulfill the order. In these 2 cases, a full refund will be given to the buyer and the items will not be sent to the buyer. If the buyer would like to keep the damaged items, a discount can be offered to reflect the severity of the damage as determined by the seller.
3. The condition of items will be verified once the items reach the seller.
4. The seller is not responsible for any new damage to items/lost packages after drop off and once in transit via the selected shipping carrier.
