Preorder Terms & Conditions
1. Full Payment Requirement
All preorder items must be paid in full by the buyer before the seller places the order.
2. Refund Policy
All charges and fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:
a) Item arrives to the seller damaged or broken:
The seller will notify the buyer and provide photo documentation. A partial refund will be offered to reflect the severity of the damage, as determined by the seller.
b) Seller is unable to fulfill the order:
The buyer will receive a full refund.
3. Condition Verification
Item condition will be verified once the items arrive to the seller. If you would like photos of your items upon arrival, please contact:

4. Shipping Liability
For domestic shipping: The seller is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs after the package has been dropped off and accepted by the selected domestic shipping carrier.
